I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and HCPC-registered practitioner, with current DBS Update Service clearance and ICO registration. I provide independent expert witness physiotherapy services, with expertise in trauma and orthopaedics; failure to recognise red flags (for example, cauda equina); rheumatology; musculoskeletal and soft tissue injury; sports injury cases; professional ethics and standards of care; and criminal and breach of duty reports, including HCPC-related cases.

With a claimant : defendant ration of 60:40, I undertake a range of medico-legal assessments and prepare reports, including condition and prognosis reports, prison assessments, criminal case reports, and Ministry of Defence-related reports. I am an internationally published author and hold a PhD in Rheumatology, with extensive experience in Part 35-compliant medico-legal reporting and the duties of an independent expert witness.
